Newly built with a high end coastal feel, Poseidon makes it easy to spend your days on South Padre Island together. Beach access is just a very short walk away, so your group can come and go as the day unfolds—from morning walks on the sand to one last swim before dinner.

Inside, there’s room to gather and room to unwind. Four bedrooms welcome up to 13 guests, while four full bathrooms and two half bathrooms make sharing the space feel easy. After a day by the water, come home, settle in, and enjoy the evening together.

Bedrooms & bathrooms

Four bedrooms: Two king master suites, one queen bedroom and one bunk room with queen, full, two twin and trundle beds. Each includes a new mattress, linens, pillows, blankets, nightstands, lamps, clothing storage, blackout shades, a Samsung Smart TV and hangers.

Bathrooms: Four full bathrooms and two half baths, with hair dryers, shampoo, conditioner, body and hand soap, lotion, toilet paper, makeup towels, luxury towels and rugs, and cleaning products.

Primary master suite

King suite with a mini kitchenette, coffee station, microwave, mini refrigerator, 75-inch Samsung Smart TV with soundbar, walk-in closet, recliner and robes. Its bathroom includes a soaking tub, shower and heated bidet toilet seat.

Second master suite & queen bedroom

Second master suite: King bed, balcony access, 75-inch Samsung Smart TV, walk-in closet, dresser, blackout shades and bathroom with shower.

Queen bedroom: Queen bed, 75-inch Samsung Smart TV, dresser, closet, blackout shades and bathroom with shower.

Bunk room

Queen, full, two twin and trundle beds, a 55-inch Samsung Smart TV, closet and bathroom with bathtub and shower.

Kitchen, coffee & dining

Main kitchen: GE Café range, refrigerator, freezer, wine cooler, microwave and dishwasher, plus cookware, dishes, glassware, utensils, cutting boards, knives, coffee makers, spice rack, oil, vinegar and condiments.

Dining: Island with four bar stools; table seating 12; server with serving dishes and table linens; wall décor.

Coffee and kitchenettes: Three coffee stations, a first-floor mini kitchenette and a third-floor kitchenette with coffee station, microwave and small refrigerator.

Second-floor bar: Beverage refrigerator and commercial-grade automatic ice maker; wine cabinet within the GE Café refrigerator.

Living room & entertainment

Living room: Leather sofa, loveseat, recliner, swivel chairs, cocktail table, end tables, lamps, rug and wall décor.

Games and books: Mexican Train, dominoes, Scrabble, chess, horse game, tic-tac-toe, kids’ games and a selection of bestselling books. Samsung Smart TVs are provided throughout the bedrooms; the primary suite has a soundbar.

Three outdoor living areas

First floor: Heated pool, heated spa, sun deck, Adirondack chairs, lounge chairs and patio dining table with six chairs.

Second floor: Gas BBQ grill, patio dining table with six chairs, outdoor couch, cushioned chairs and side table.

Third floor: Bistro table with two bar stools.

Laundry & cleaning supplies

Laundry: Washer and dryer in the condo, a second washer and dryer in the garage, laundry baskets, detergent pods, fabric softener and dryer sheets.

Cleaning: Broom, dustpan, mop and bucket, Swiffer, microfiber towels, trash cans, trash bags and furniture cleaners.

Accessibility & infant amenities

Accessibility: A Stiltz lift connects the first and second floors and is rated for 500 lb. It is designed to help guests with mobility needs and to move luggage and coolers. Stair safety gates are provided. Please contact us about specific access needs so we can confirm the layout suits your group.

Infants: Playpen with mattress and sheets, baby bouncer or mobile, and highchair.

How many guests can Poseidon accommodate?

Poseidon has four bedrooms and welcomes up to 13 guests: two king suites, a queen bedroom, and a bunk room with a queen, full, two twins, and a trundle.

How many bathrooms are there?

There are four full bathrooms and two half bathrooms.

How close is beach access?

Beach access is a short walk from the property. We’ll share a measured route and walking time once the property is complete.

Are the pool and spa heated?

Yes. Poseidon has a heated pool and heated spa, along with a sun deck and outdoor seating.

What outdoor spaces are available?

There are three outdoor living areas: a first-floor pool and spa area, a second-floor patio with dining and a gas grill, and a third-floor bistro area.

Is there a full kitchen?

Yes. The main kitchen has GE Café appliances, cookware, dishes, glassware, and coffee makers. There is also a third-floor kitchenette and a mini kitchenette in the primary master suite.

Does the lift serve every floor?

The Stiltz lift connects the first and second floors and is rated for 500 pounds. It does not serve the third floor. Please contact us if you would like to discuss the layout before booking.

What is provided for babies and young children?
